This is the perfect of workout to start the day and to super charge your energy levels, I also,  like to combine  this one with 5-10 minutes of jump rope.

Using a chair is a great way to make your routine different, fun and challenging.

In this routine I share with you 4 exercises that I love because they work different muscle groups.

In this routine I share with you 4 exercises that I love because they work different muscle groups.

Workout Breakdown:

1 minute work- 20 seconds rest ( 2 rounds total).

1. 8 Chair Climbers + 8 Chair Jacks

2. Chair Push Up with leg up.

3. Plank Twist with Kick.

4. Side Plank and toe touch.

Please take your time to perform each move with the right technique and form and once you have nailed it, speed up the pace.

When you are done do 15 minutes of jump rope and remember to smile as much as you can today and to share love and kindness everywhere you go.
