As I have mention before: crunches aren’t the most exciting of exercises. And they’re not always the most effective way to tone your abs anyway. If you’re bored with your sit-up routine, here are some fun and effective moves to mix up your workout and tone your midsection!

Remember this very important rule: “Abs are made in the kitchen”.  In other words to have great abs first we need to have the proper nutrition that nurtures our body and then what we do when we workout is toning and shaping our muscles.
