This full body workout using a chair is a 20 minute very dynamic and complete routine that tones every single muscle of your beautiful body.  All you need is an exercise mat and a chair, make sure you place the chair on top of your exercise mat to have stability.

As you will watch in this video there are a lot of exercises that we can do using a chair to add challenge, fun and dynamism to our workout. I enjoyed this workout so much and it really got me sweating in just a few minutes and I am sure you will experience the same.  Make sure to push as hard as you can keeping the good form at all times.
