Hola Amigos y Amigas,

Today’s post I have for you a new routine and the weekly schedule. Today’s workout is using one of my favorite pieces of equipment, the resistance band.  Some of the many benefits of using a resistance bands are:

  • Resistance bands allow you to perform strength-training exercises without weights
  • You can get a full-body workout, add variety and intensity to your strength-training exercises using resistance bands
  • Resistance bands are inexpensive, easy to store and perfect for exercising while traveling

Workout Breakdown: This is a 16 minute routine. You have to do every exercise for 1 minute no break in between exercises and complete 2 rounds.

  1. Step Touch
  2. Squat and side leg raise
  3. Oblique standing crunch right side
  4. Oblique standing crunch left side
  5. Shoulder/leg raise (right side)
  6. Shoulder/leg raise (left side)
  7. Squat and band pulls
  8. Hip lifts
