Workout Breakdown:

Circuit 1  (1 minute each exercise)

1. 3 Jumps + Squat Jumps

2. Push Ups

Circuit 2 (1 minute each exercise)

1. Side Leg Raises

2. Back Kicks

3. Squat Jump Side to Side

Circuit 3 (30 seconds each exercise)

1. V Sits Variation 1
