Remember to keep your portion size small if you are trying to lose weight and to eat 5-6 small meals a day to accelerate your metabolism. Also, eat clean by adding lots of vegetables to your diet and eating the right fat (nuts, olive oil, almond butter, avocado, coconut oil, etc.) that will help your metabolism at its best and will make your skin and hair look amazing.
