Here is the Part 2 of the Intermediate workouts I did with my friend Lucia from BOUNCE LIMIT. In this video we are focusing on the upper body and core. The goal is to do 8 reps per exercise and complete 4 rounds in total, no rest between exercises.

1. Tricep Dips with TRX
2. TRX Inverted Row
3. TRX Chest Press
4. TRX Triceps Press
