As every Friday, I like to leave a routine so you can do at home, in a park or wherever suits you to stay active and fit. During the weekend is when most people consume the calories they didn’t consume during the week and those extra calories accumulate as fat in the body causing stagnation in the weight.
Routine 1: Cardio- Strength
Routine 3: Stretching
